Surah Anfal:3

Q1. Which people are the worst of beast/ what does 'Sharadawaab' mean?

Answer:

"Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason." 

In this ayah, Allah metaphorically describes the disbelievers as the worst type of beast. This is because Allah's commands and orders are recited unto them, they turn a deaf ear. They also refuse to acknowledge the signs of Allah. Thus Allah has referred to them as deaf and dumb.

Q2. What does Allah mean by "Khiyaanat" in these ayahs?

Answer:

1.Betrayal regarding Allah and Prophet SAW:

This is pointing to the fact that when we accept Islam, we accept Allah as the only God and Muhammad SAW as His last messenger. All His commands and Muhammad SAW's teachings become obligatory on us. If we then disobey them, we are betraying our promise to Allah.
